Returns & Exchanges

At REPRESENT, we strive for perfection in every garment, but if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange your items within 14 days of delivery. All items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with all luxury packaging and tags intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our dedicated returns portal and enter your order number along with your email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in the original REPRESENT shipping box, ensuring all branded tags and dust bags are included to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to the outside of your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team receives and approves your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
